Bobcat North Amercia Acquires Russo and Sons

BOBCAT NORTH AMERICA ACQUIRES
RUSSO AND SONS, INC.

Ocoee, Florida – May 1, 2017 – Bobcat North America, a leading solid waste holding company based in Sarasota, Florida, today acquired the operations of Ocoee-based Russo and Sons, Inc., the largest construction and demolition waste hauler in central Florida. BNA is led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bill Dietrich and President Billy Dietrich, two longtime solid waste industry veterans who have a lengthy and proven track record for successfully and safely operating solid waste companies and providing outstanding customer service.

BNA President Billy Dietrich said, “We are very excited to acquire the Russo and Sons business and we look forward to continuing their excellent level of service in the greater Orlando area and throughout central Florida.”

Mike and Marilyn Russo, the former owners of Russo and Sons, will remain with the business under BNA’s ownership.
